Psalm 101

I have just been considering how to improve my life in the area of personal integrity and opened to this Psalm, which has a heading in my bible of "I Will Walk With Integrity"

2b I will walk with integrity of heart within my house;
3  I will not set before my eyes anything that is worthless.

One aspect of integrity that I have been working on is secrets.  As the level of secrecy drops the level of energy goes up.  That is a principle I learned and then an experience I had.  Details are not necessary but I can tell you, it is quite remarkable.
